What is your shipping policy?
We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $50. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery usually takes between 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your hair. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus the cost of return shipping.
Are Act+Acre products safe for color-treated hair?
Yes, all of our products are formulated to be gentle and are 100% safe for color-treated, keratin-treated, and chemically-processed hair. Our Cold Processed® method ensures ingredients remain active without stripping your color.
