Return Process

  Print Your Label

  Once submitted, a prepaid shipping label will be generated and sent to your email address; simply print it and attach it to your package.

  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure box, ensuring the contents are protected, and drop the parcel at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
